Now the word revolution is quite epic, and we know that. But there really is no better word or phrase to describe the motive behind our cause at Kitchen12000.

Finding joy from feeding people is a dying trend, and has been ever since the commercialization of food institutions. Modern society has made it easy to survive without ever having to cook a meal, and there you have it; people are taking the easy route once again.

So instead of spectating, we’ve decided to help spark a change in culinary capitalization by adding some fun to the process. Hoping to instigate appreciation, creativity and collaboration to the food industry while promoting good health to the general population.

Tequila Revolucion, The Civilized Tequila for an Uncivilized World

Tequila Revolución starts with hand selected AGAVES Aged 8 – 10 years to perfection, with the pencas slashed to reveal the exquisite piñas; these piñas are carefully sliced then slowly roasted in brick ovens from 17 – 24 hrs. The baked piñas of Tequila Revolucion is then mashed, shredded and allowed to naturally ferment prior to the careful double distillation process that takes place in (stainless steel) pot stills, creating the smoothest most balanced tequila possible. Our pure 100% agave tequilas are then estate bottled to ensure consistency from start to finish.

Tequila Revolucion Silver provides the pure essence of smoked agave to its clean smooth finish.

Tequila Revolucion Reposado is Barrel aged for 9 months in previously used Tequila casks, much longer than the government minimum of 2 months, to arrive at the perfect balance between a buttery cinnamon flavor and smoothness with an exquisite peppery aftertaste.

Tequila RevoluciÓn Añejo is barrel aged for 18 - 24 months, twice the legal minimum, producing ultra smooth tequila where the influence of the wood imparts the aromas that span the perfect balance of caramel, vanilla and honey with the earthy spiciness of our unique agave!
